Shipping policy

We currently ship within the USA only.

Placed orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days after the order is placed, to the address provided at checkout. Once the order label is created, Aura Song Gifts will not be able to change the shipping instructions or address on the package.

Please contact us for a tracking number if you did not receive one. Please request it by emailing us at theinnergoddess@yahoo.com.

Aura Song Gifts has no control of the package after it is surrendered to the shipping company.  You agree not to hold Aura Song Gifts responsible for the shipping company's delivery of the package.  Please contact the shipping company for updates regarding tracking information and delivery.
